Great company, great service, great workers. Had a brand new unit installed this month to replace my 20 year old unit. They were on time, friendly and had the unit installed faster than we had planned. I had gotten quotes from EIGHT different A/C companies and State 48 was the best deal and has a fantastic warranty. The units are energy efficient and I have checked my utility usage daily to confirm this. I am saving anywhere from $2 to $5 per day with the new unit. I could not be happier! Thanks guys!

The team at State 48 replaced my twenty-five year old HVAC in April 2020. They were thorough, respectful, and competitively priced. I asked a lot of questions to make sure I was making the right decision and they were incredibly patient and detailed in the process.

The owner went to great lengths to ensure we were happy with their service. He came out to my home himself to oversee the work being done and make sure that I was getting excellent customer service. He took the time to make sure I understood the problem with my AC and went over multiple options without trying to up-sell me. They were on-time and we are beyond pleased with our new COOL air!! I will personally use them again and recommend them to my friends and real estate clients.

10/10 would recommend these guys to anyone interested in AC work. They were reliable, courteous, and had the job done in less time than I anticipated. I am super happy with their work. 5 stars, no doubt. They provided same day service (it was over 100 degrees out!) They were efficient, thorough and cost effective. They didn’t try to up-sell me. They did the most efficient thing and it worked!!!! Would not hesitate to use again and I most certainly recommend them. Polite, clean … all of it. I lOVE the mobile feature to the new thermostat! I had a new 5-ton system installed by State 48 Home Services in February, and I asked them to relocate my AC compressor to the other side of the house. They did a fantastic job from removal of the old system, to new electrical and line set, and installation of the new 17-SEER heating and cooling units. I also got a smart thermostat installed. Peter and his crew were prompt, professional, and got the job done for a great price. Very happy with the system – the features are so cool. Highly recommend them!

It’s like having a highly qualified HVAC technician inspecting my equipment all the time, every day without actually having someone in my house. It’s incredibly affordable peace of mind; I know exactly where to go to get my information anytime I want it. I have very old AC systems that I need to last a little while longer. This monitoring product is very important to me.

Recently had our AC and heater replaced by the crew at State 48. Initially Peter came out to assess our home and after servicing our 19 year old AC unit for many months AND through the brutal summer heat, we finally pulled the trigger and decided to replace our entire system. The guys are super friendly and very considerate. It was a really quick process and they finished the entire installation in less than 24 hrs.

Our aging system needed replacing so after a call and some texts with the State 48 owner we had a whole new AC system up and running within 48 hours.The company answered all my questions, and addressed a few concerns that I had, professionally and timely. They also made a few changes that will make maintenance and filter changing more convenient. Pricing was competitive with other firms and when we got home to the new system there was no trace that they were even in the house! Just some new, quiet systems humming away nicely. Highly recommended – great customer service.

State 48 went above and beyond. The techs were knowledgeable and honest, they showed up exactly when they said they would, and did an excellent job. Their warranties were also longer than all other quotes we received. But to be honest, they did such a good job that I would be surprised if I would ever need them for any warranty work. State 48 is by far the best AC company I have done business with. Their tech even caught my dog after he ran out. The work has been done and paid for yet they are still helping us with rebates and home warranty problems. They will always be my only choice for any home -elated work. 5 STARS
